2011-FT全球商学院最新排行榜及排名分析
在第13届英国《金融时报》全球MBA排行榜上，伦敦商学院(London Business School)与宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院(the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania)共享头把交椅。名列第三的是哈佛商学院(Harvard Business School)，它也是这一排名诞生以来，其它唯一曾获得过最佳MBA项目头衔的商学院。
沃顿在去年败给伦敦商学院后重返榜首，并不令人惊讶——2001年至2009年间，沃顿曾连续9年并列或独自排名第一。沃顿重振雄风，是得到了强劲的毕业生薪资数据的支持。在去年的排名中，随着经济陷入低迷，沃顿毕业生的薪水有所下降。FT为今年的排名收集了沃顿2007年毕业班的数据。数据显示，收入已有所回升。沃顿毕业生三年薪资的加权平均值为17.155万美元(按购买力平价计算)，较2010年上涨近7%。
去年，沃顿毕业生找工作要比2009届毕业生容易得多——84%的求职者在毕业3个月内都已入职，同比增长了9个百分点。加之在博士和研究排名——FT用以衡量一个商学院创造新思想的质量和数量的两个标准——方面表现抢眼，这足以弥补与伦敦商学院之间的差距。
与此同时，伦敦商学院连续3年排名第一。2009年，它与沃顿分享了这个位置，2010年则独占鳌头。尽管毕业生薪酬低于沃顿，但伦敦商学院在毕业生薪酬增长方面提高了得分。毕业三年后，伦敦商学院毕业生的平均收入较就读MBA之前高出132%。
就国际化程度而言，伦敦商学院学员在就读期间或毕业后，国际流动程度排名第二。85%的教职员来自国外，而去年招收的MBA学员中，九成以上不是英国人。
其它商学院的情况与前三甲类似。总体而言，MBA毕业生的薪资水平在2010年似乎有所恢复。过去3年均入榜的81所商学院中，61所的平均加权薪酬较上年有所上涨。相比之下，在去年的排名中，逾半数学校报告薪酬水平有所下降。但尽管2010年全年的薪酬水平有所回升，这81所学校中，有32所的平均加权薪酬仍低于在2009年排名中记录的2008年薪酬水平。
一份更详细的薪酬分析报告显示，不同就业领域之间存在巨大差距。收入最高的毕业生来自银行业和金融业，平均薪酬接近16万美元。在完成FT调查问卷的人中，近三成表示在这一领域工作，使其成为最受欢迎的就业选择。咨询业是第二受欢迎的，无论是从毕业生人数还是平均薪酬上讲都是如此。15%的毕业生现在担任咨询师，平均薪酬为14.05万美元。
在其它国家工作的MBA毕业生，收入要高于在本土MBA员工。海外员工的平均收入大概为14.38万美元，同比上涨逾7000美元。
尽管前三甲一直由上述三所学校把持着，但榜单其它排名变化很大。香港科技大学(Hong Kong University of Science and Technology)的名次继续窜升。2008年，该校排名第17位，去年进入前十。今年排名第六。西班牙IESE商学院紧随其后。这所位于巴塞罗那的商学院今年进入前十名，与麻省理工学院斯隆管理学院(MIT Sloan School of Management)并列第九。
印度管理学院艾哈迈德巴德分校(Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad)是新上榜者中排名最高的。令人赞叹的薪资数据——无论是毕业三年的平均收入(17.444万美元)，还是MBA毕业后的收入涨幅(152%)——使得该校第一次入围就排名第11位。这些数据与另一项关键指标相符——该校毕业生在职业发展方面排名第一。职业发展这一衡量标准是将学员在就读前的职位级别，与毕业三年后的级别进行比对。
