Part II：语法学习

Suggest所带宾语从句中的谓语动词

suggest在表示“建议”的含义时，其后面的宾语从句中谓语动词应该用动词原形，或者should+动词原形;但在其含义为“提醒”、“提示”某人时，后面宾语从句中的动词不受此规则限制。

示例1：I suggested that we finish the game before we started out to Suzhou.(suggest“建议”之意)

示例2：He suggested that the pig be sold for some money.(也是“建议”之意)

但注意下面示例：

示例3：I suggest that you did not tell me the truth.(这里的suggest是“提醒”、“提示”的含义)
