The visual narrative of my work is constructed by the subconscious dialogue between historical memory and the functioning of social structures. I explore a figure-space relationship, where the protagonists are placed into a contrivance, which exerts, or simply suggests, a power over their gesture. As I explore the concept of the architectural proposal, I play with notions of utopia vs. dystopia and reflect upon the relationship between architecture and political ideology. I am a recent postgraduate from Camberwell University. I am aiming to establish myself in London through exhibiting and developing my body of work.
