Essex 中国学生入学标准

2012年英国各大学的申请通道陆续开放，同时对国际学生的入学要求也出来了，下面是关于预科埃塞克斯大学各个学位课程中关于中国学生的入学标准。

Bridging (foundation) Year

入学条件

雅思：5.0

完成所有高中课程，平均分75%;或者会考平均B.

注：如果学生要对接Accounting and Finance, Biological Sciences, Business Management, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business, Mathematics, Psychology, Sports Science类课程，要求数学单项 75% 或者会考B.

高级预科(仅对接商科的大二)Certificate in Higher Education (for year 2 entry)

入学条件

雅思：5.5 (writing 5.0)

完成所有高中课程，平均分80%;或者会考各科都在B或以上. 注：如果学生要对接Accounting and Finance, Biological Sciences, Business Management, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business, Mathematics, Psychology, Sports Science类课程，要求数学单项 75% 或者会考B.

大一Undergraduate Year 1

入学条件

雅思：6.0

高中毕业 + 在中国大学全职学习至少1年，并且平均分至少70 – 75%. 具体评估需要根据学生的具体情况(综合考虑学生所读的中国大学、专业等)

插读大二Undergraduate Year 2

入学条件

雅思：6.5

在中国大学读完2年 或 2/3年大学 或 HND，成绩良好，且涵盖Essex第一年的课程 – 具体情况具体评估

硕士Postgraduate taught

入学条件

Computing, Telecommunications, Computational Finance, Mathematics - 6.0

Biotech, Essex Business School, Economics, Government, Health, Language & Linguistics, Law, Literature/Film/Theatre, Sociology – 6.5

Art History, History, Human Rights, Philosophy, Psychology - 7.0

根据中国大学的排名：1 – 200: 75% - 80% 或以上201 – 320: 80% - 85% 或以上321 – 400: 至少85%401 往后: 一般来说拒绝，条件非常优秀的酌情考虑，如均分明显超过85% 独立学院入学要求在其所属大学的要求基础上加5%

注：大部分课程要求相关专业背景，则成绩单需涵盖必要的专业课，且成绩良好。如，申请金融类专业需要有足够的数学，主要包括微积分、代数、概论和统计。具体情况具体评估。
