- When exhibitors check in, please inform the name of the exhibition and your name to the

- The above room rates are inclusive of 1 daily breakfast per person per day and 15% service
charge.
- Check-in time is 14:00 PM; Check-out time is 12:00 AM. No-guaranteed reservation will be
held until 16:00 PM of arrival day unless prior room reservation guarantee is made. To avoid a one-night NO SHOW charge, any cancellation on guaranteed booking should be made 48 hours before arrival.
- If pick up service is required, please quote quantity and size of your luggage, so that we
would be able to arrange accordingly.
