爱丁堡大学取消22个专业的秋季入学啦！
爱丁堡大学作为英国学界的一股泥石流，疫情期间公布不接受defer，前几天还直接宣布取消22个专业的入学！
也就是说，这22个专业的同学，哪怕你拿到了offer，也不能正常入学了！（除非接受专业调剂）

爱丁堡大学此项举措的公布并没有po在官网上，而是给同学发送了内部邮件。并针对此项政策的应对办法做了如下解释说明：

针对突如其来的变动调整，2020准留学生应该如何应对？这些政策是否对2021申请同学带来负面影响？
针对爱大的入学政策，留学生该怎么办？
受疫情影响，爱丁堡大学2020学年不再开设的专业及调剂专业名单：
尽管有部分专业被取消，但是官方解释被取消的这些专业一般是比较冷门，或者是教学可能会涉及到多人线下讨论一类的课程，同时学校邮件也有说学生可以选择其他专业入学。
此外今年疫情影响下，任何“抄底”入读的事情都有可能发生，取消本专业入读，反而有可能调剂至其它以往条件申请不到的专业，因祸得福。
虽然这个消息突然又让人害怕，但是我们还是需要去冷静面对鸭。
建议优先调剂>2021重新申请，如果执意想读这个专业，建议综合比较手头的offer，看看是否选择其他offer。
